Nestled in the bustling heart of the Laguna area in Phuket, Cassia Hotel is a true gem for travelers seeking both convenience and tranquility. One of the highlights of my stay was the impeccable service provided by the hotel staff. Fon at the front desk embodies the epitome of hospitality, her warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail making her the shining star of guest service.

Great hotel for couples and families. Good location in the Laguna area, we can find food and groceries so easily. Room was clean and well functioned. Super friendly staff, particularly the front reception staff Fon and Sunya. They made our stay a happy relaxing holidays.

Thank you for such a nice experience staying here, hotel atmosphere is more than nice and staffs are friendly, room is very comfortable with very very good views with 3 swimming pools and kids club also thank you to Khun Fon, GSA staff for taking care of us and she is very sweet and friendly
